PART 1: Exploring Identity, Privilege and Power
The first session will explore our social identities and reflect on how they impact our perceptions and social interactions. The dialogue will also help to understand identities in relation to our positionally in this world so that we can leverage our position to create equitable and just spaces within our sphere of influence and aspire to become co-consipirators, willing to enact change.
PART 2: Creating Space for Women in Leadership
This thought-provoking session will examine the impact and value that female leaders have, and the importance of creating gender equality in leadership. We will also explore gender bias and discuss the importance of naming our biases so we can then engage in corrective strategies.
